Day 6 Best Day Ever

- When you got married or when your child was born, was that your best day ever? Well, for me, yes. When my daughter was born, it was one of the happiest days of my life, but one of the best days ever for me is when I swore an oath to defend our country. And since then, after I was honorably discharged, the next best thing was when I got my realtor's license. After serving my country, the next best thing that I wanted to do was to serve my community. To me, helping people is the greatest thing that you can do, so as always, if there's anything ever I can do for you, please let me know. Have a great day.

Day 5 Life Lesson

- Have you ever had a life lesson that completely changed the outcome or the trajectory of where your life was going? For me, one of my biggest life lessons is giving back and how rewarding it can be. For me, I know that there's only so much time here on this and I wanna make the most of it and be able to help as many people as I can, so I'm involved with the American Legion, AMVETS, Disabled Veterans of , and helping different organizations with animals. So I wanna be able to make the a better place and that's my life lesson for today.

Day 3 Local Market Update

Hi everyone, Dustin Lloyd here at EXP, bringing you your local market update. As of right now is still definitely a seller's market with days on market being around 15 days compared to last year where it was three or four more weeks. I'm seeing multiple offers on going over listing price and buyers waiving contingencies. Buyers don't be discouraged with low inventory as there are still out there and finding the right realtor will find that home. We just need to be more aggressive and move a little bit more quicker in putting in the offer. As always if there's anything in the world I can do for you, please let me know. Day 2 Fears

Hi, everyone, Dustin Lloyd here with ExP in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. Today, our video challenge is talking about our fear. So mine is about being not successful, which my mentality doesn't allow me to do that and I work hard to make sure that I am, but in the back of my mind, it's still a thought. One of the things that I hate is the way that I sound, kind of like Krista, because nine times out of 10, I get called ma'am on the phone, but it's something I'm working on, and the other thing is about making mistakes. It will happen, but I learn from them. I grow from them so I can be better for my clients. So I hope everyone has a great day and I'll talk to you soon.

Day 1 Introduce Yourself

Hi, everyone, Dustin Lloyd here with EXP. This is my first introductory video since joining Krista Mashore Coaching, and so I just recently switched brokerages from ReeceNichols, which is the number one in the Midwest area here in the Kansas City metropolitan area, to EXP. I've only had my license for about a year. I got it on New Year's Eve, and I've had one closing so far. So I'm looking to grow and learn everything I can to expand my business. So I look forward to learning everything and chatting and the Facebook groups, and I look forward to doing more videos.
