Day 3 Local Market Update


Hi everyone, Dustin Lloyd here at EXP, bringing you your local market update. As of right now is still definitely a seller's market with days on market being around 15 days compared to last year where it was three or four more weeks.
I'm seeing multiple offers on 🏡 going over listing price and buyers waiving contingencies. Buyers don't be discouraged with low inventory as there are still 🏡 out there and finding the right realtor will find that home.

Hey everyone. So I wanted to switch it up a little bit, bring you some content that’s not all about real estate . So one of the things that I found was some fun facts about our lovely town or city as I should say Kansas City, and I'm not going to go through all of them. I mean, you can Google them.
