Dustin Lloyd here with ReeceNichols. I told you I was going to go live every day. I've had a little bit of technical difficulty, but one of the things I wanted to go over right now is understanding how to find and finance the perfect   for a buyer. So there are a few different ways to go about it, but this is kind of a 10 step series. So first is starting your research early. So one of the things that usually take 6 to 18 months typically to find the     , a lot of people start looking nowadays by going on the web, magazines, or newspapers that have listings. Fun Facts Kansas City

Image
Hey everyone. So I wanted to switch it up a little bit, bring you some content that’s not all about real estate . So one of the things that I found was some fun facts about our lovely town or city as I should say Kansas City, and I'm not going to go through all of them. I mean, you can Google them. One of the places I’ve found was Kcparent.com , which you can also find these magazines in a lot of the grocery stores like Hy-Vee and Price Chopper, but a few of the ones I wanted to talk to you this morning and I'll keep it short was Swope Park. And many of you know, it's downtown close to the Zoo, but it has 1,805 acres. It's more than twice the size of Central Park in New York City . I learn something new every day. Kansas City is the 29th most populated metropolitan area in the United States . We all, if you live in Kansas City, a majority of us are Chiefs fans. The scoreboard at Arrowhead was the first to transmit instant replay. So I thought that was pretty unique.

Morning everyone! Dustin Lloyd here. Wanted to bring you some helpful tips today after the earlier recording. So one of the first things, 🏠 tips, maintenance, especially this time of the year is to clean your dryer vents. So this could avoid having a 🏠 🔥 . Every time you use your dryer, you add a little bit more lint to the vent. This means the dryer is less efficient at cooling down, and it could take longer to dry your clothes, which means more electricity, higher bills. And then, but it also turns your dryer into a 🔥 hazard. So make sure that you clean those vents very good so that doesn't happen. Replacing the 🔋 in your 💨 detector and carbon monoxide detectors. It's important to do this, probably at least twice a year, if you have a hard time remembering the best time to probably do it is when you change your ⏰ for daylight savings. And then it's advised to have one of each type of detector on every level of your home. If you have a 🧯 in your home, make sure tha
