Day 3 Local Market Update

Hi everyone, Dustin Lloyd here at EXP, bringing you your local market update. As of right now is still definitely a seller's market with days on market being around 15 days compared to last year where it was three or four more weeks. I'm seeing multiple offers on going over listing price and buyers waiving contingencies. Buyers don't be discouraged with low inventory as there are still out there and finding the right realtor will find that home. We just need to be more aggressive and move a little bit more quicker in putting in the offer. As always if there's anything in the world I can do for you, please let me know.
