These criteria or contingencies typically fall under four major categories, appraisal loan, approval inspections, and reports and disclosures. The buyer has time to do their due diligence in all of these areas. In regards to inspections in our area, the typical inspections are home inspections and termite inspections. - When you got married or when your child was born, was that your best day ever? Well, for me, yes. When my daughter was born, it was one of the happiest days of my life, but one of the best days ever for me is when I swore an oath to defend our country. Hi everyone, Dustin Lloyd here at EXP, bringing you your local market update. As of right now is still definitely a seller's market with days on market being around 15 days compared to last year where it was three or four more weeks. I'm seeing multiple offers on going over listing price and buyers waiving contingencies. Buyers don't be discouraged with low inventory as there are still out there and finding the right realtor will find that home.
